Your Contribution:
- You will support the management board in strategic decisions and operational challenges to achieve the company's goals.
- Your responsibilities include independent project work to implement the established company objectives.
- Additionally, you will conduct analyses, prepare decision-making templates, and presentations that are necessary for decision-making. You will coordinate various projects and monitor cross-segment initiatives to ensure successful implementation.
- Organizing and preparing meetings, as well as taking minutes, are also part of your tasks.
- You will act as the interface between the management board and other departments to ensure smooth communication.
What You Bring:
- Several years of relevant experience in a comparable position, ideally in supporting top management
- Outstanding degree in economics, business administration, or management. Very good user knowledge of common MS Office products (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook) as well as the willingness to familiarize yourself with tools such as SAP, JIRA, Concur, Confluence, and Workday
- Excellent German and English skills, both written and spoken
- Outstanding analytical skills, high problem-solving ability, strategic thinking, independence, structured, and results-oriented working style
