About this opportunity:
We have an exciting opportunity for a Technical Authority Expert to join our dynamic team here at Ericsson. As a critical component of our Managed Services deliveries, the role aligns with the Ericsson Operations Engine's mandate. The position�s key responsibilities include offering technology leadership, domain expertise, and robust support throughout the entire cycle of Create, Sustain, and Evolve processes.
What you will do:- Develop and maintain automated solutions with a keen eye for potential problem sources.- Drive continuous improvement in our recovery processes.- Provide expert insight and knowledge to our support team and automated operations unit.- Share your domain expertise with the analytics and automation team to bolster case development and analysis.- Initiate and manage the change introduction impact analysis process.- Coordinate with external suppliers/partners in case of incidents.- Support server and application interconnections, focusing on user access management.- Meet Service Resource Fulfillment activities end-to-end including planning, execution, testing, reporting and logging.- Validate and execute developed use cases, extending knowledge sharing to domain support.
