Job Description
Job Descriptions :
- To be the registered electrical Chargeman of the Company.
- Responsible in the installation, maintenance and trouble-shooting of electrical wiring systems, air-conditional system, fire fighting system as well as other building services.
- Liaise with utilities providers such as TNB, SAM, DOSH and government regulatory bodies on utility services and compliance issues.
- Conduct monitoring, trending and tracking of daily power consumption of the mall as well as initiate preventive maintenance to prevent or minimize equipment breakdown and power failure.
- Attend to all power and machine failure/short/trip and rectify accordingly.
- Ensure new installations and maintenances are safe, correct and legal.
- Create contingency plan for major fault and temporary usage for electrical and Compressed Air System.
- Conduct periodic inspection and maintenance of Air System, Air Conditioning System and Fire Fighting System.
- Supervise the work of Technicians and Contractors and ensure safety regulations are complied with in carrying out their duties.
- Perform any other duties, which may be assigned by the superior from time to time.
Requirements:
- Candidate must possess at least a Chargemen BO 11KV certification, Diploma/ Advanced/Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Property Development/Real Estate Management or equivalent.
- Minimum of 4 (Four) years relevant working experience. Experience in property management, shopping complex or retail environment will be an added advantage.
- Possess good command of both written and spoken English and Bahasa Malaysia.
- Computer literate with good report writing skills.
- A self-starter who has maturity, excellent communication and analytical skills.
- Possess strong people management and coaching abilities.
- Able to be on call and respond to shopping mall's emergency call situations.
