What will I be doing?
- Act as the main operational point-of-contact for all BNPL providers and internal teams.
- Own daily monitoring of performance, success rates, approval rates and partner relations
- Work closely with Product, Engineering, and Data on optimizing BNPL flows end-to-end
- Identify friction points and propose changes that improve conversion, speed, and reliability.
- Participate in design discussions for new features, capabilities related to BNPL Fuse and provider integrations
- Continuously analyze BNPL markets in our regions to identify new providers, new models and new use cases
- Support commercial teams with merchant-specific BNPL insights and feasibility assessments.
What skills do I need?
- 3–5+ years of experience in payments, fintech, banking, BNPL, merchant acquiring, or e-commerce.
- Strong operational mindset: You enjoy creating dashboards, analyzing logs, and identifying the root cause.
- Ability to work across Product, Engineering, Ops, Legal, and external partners.
- Strong understanding of digital payments and alternative payment methods.
- Analytical, structured, and comfortable owning processes end-to-end.
- Self-starter, proactive, and excited to work in a fast-moving, ambiguous environment.
- Excellent communication skills in English (Spanish/Portuguese is a plus).
