• Identify ECU function blocks based on visual inspection, bill of material, EA wiring data and experience.
• Conduct internet research if function or component is unclear or if innovative technical solutions are detected.
• Analyze the PCB to understand the internal connections.
• Identify the ECUs external communication.
•Create the block diagram with software tool (currently Microsoft Visio).
•Lead internal review of the block diagrams prior to publication on the website.
•Prepare list of part and update the indicator file.
•Create the BUS Topology with the Wirelist and the BUS file
Competences:
•Project and performance management
•Autonomous work integrating time management (Respect timings of production (10 to 16 vehicles per year)
