Job Description

BMF have an exciting opportunity for a talented Senior Account Manager with proven experience working with large retail brands.

As Senior Account Manager you will drive the day-to-day workflow of your client’s business, while developing a broader understanding of their business needs and competitive set. You’ll work closely with the project team to help the agency deliver on its vision of being a globally influential creative company.

This is a fast-paced role which requires commitment, energy and someone who can thrive under pressure. In return you will join a large close-knit, fun and supportive team working alongside some of Australia's most talented creative and strategic thinkers.

Qualifications

  • Have a broad understanding of how your client’s business operates, particularly within their competitive context
  • Ability to build timelines for complex integrated campaigns
  • Creation and maintenance of all project documentation
  • Taking a leading project management role on key clients with a view to creating award-winning work
  • Demonstrated technical production knowledge across broadcast, digital, print & outdoor.
  • Work with the group account director to unearth new client opportunities
  • Ability to build timelines for complex integrated campaigns involving multiple channel executions, applying detailed knowledge of project workflow from concept to production to ensure efficient delivery of campaign assets to multiple deadlines
  • Responsibility for the execution of projects from end-to-end meeting client deadlines
  • Ability to manage complex multi-channel campaigns autonomously and confidently act as an advisor to the client
  • Acting as quality controller for work created
  • Creation and maintenance of all project documentation including timelines, WIPS, estimates, budgeting and reporting
  • To manage any day-to-day Client issues for the projects you’re responsible for.  Understanding when to manage up and ask for guidance.
  • Ability to build timelines for complex integrated campaigns involving multiple channel executions, applying detailed
  • Responsibility for the management of a job’s finances, accurately estimating work and delivering projects on budget
  • Ability to accurately build and manage a complex integrated campaign budget involving multiple channel executions

Experience and Attributes

  • Experience in a similar role within a reputable agency
  • Retail experience would be beneficial
  • ADMA qualifications would be highly desired
  • Passion for brilliance and desire to deliver the unexpected
  • Flawless attention to detail and the ability to follow and drive the BMF process
  • Always striving to bring inspiration and ideas to the table
  • Entrepreneurial approach – to go beyond the day-to-day urgent work
  • Emerging strategic confidence, contributing to the strategic and business thinking
