BMC Helix/Remedy Developer

Accenture is looking for experienced BMC Helix/Remedy Developer to join our dynamic team. This role will involve working with a diverse group of professionals to develop, integrate, and maintain BMC Helix/Remedy solutions that meet our clients' unique needs.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in IT service management and a deep understanding of the BMC Remedy and BMC Helix platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

• Solution Development: Design, develop, and implement BMC Helix/Remedy applications and solutions tailored to client specifications and business requirements.

• Integration: Integrate BMC Helix/Remedy with other enterprise systems and third-party applications to ensure seamless operations and data flow.

• Customization: Customize BMC Helix/Remedy modules, workflows, and user interfaces to enhance usability and meet specific business needs.

• Technical Support: Provide technical support and troubleshooting for BMC Helix/Remedy applications, ensuring timely resolution of issues and minimal disruption to business operations.

• Documentation: Create and maintain detailed technical documentation, including design specifications, testing plans, and user guides. • Collaboration: Work closely with project managers, business analysts, and other stakeholders to gather requirements, provide status updates, and deliver high-quality solutions on time and within budget.

Required Knowledge and Qualifications:

• 3–5 years in BMC Helix/Remedy development (design, customization, integration).

• Proficiency in AR System, Atrium CMDB, ITSM Suite, and Smart IT.

• Strong Java, JavaScript, and SQL programming skills.

• Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities.

• Working English proficiency.

Preferred:

• Experience with cloud ITSM solutions and SaaS platforms.

• Knowledge of ITIL framework and IT service management practices.

• Familiarity with agile methodologies.

• Experience with tools like ServiceNow or Cherwell.

• BMC Certified Professional (BCP), Certified Expert (BCE), or Remedy Administrator certification.
