? KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Design, develop and implement BMC Helix applications and solutions

• Customize BMC Helix modules, workflows and user interfaces

• Integrate BMC Helix with enterprise systems and third-party applications

• Work with Intune, SCCM, XSOAR and monitoring tools

• Maintain synchronization between BMC Discovery and CMDB

• Support Digital Workplace, Smart IT, Helix Dashboard, SSO and Remedy ITSM

• Configure Foundation Data and ITSM modules

• Manage Service Requests through SRM/Digital Workplace Catalog

• Create and maintain reports and dashboards

• Troubleshoot technical issues within defined SLAs

• Prepare technical documentation and collaborate with stakeholders

Skills Required

4-8 years of professional experience
At least 3 years of BMC Helix ITSM experience
BMC Discovery and CMDB experience
ITIL or IT Service Management experience
Enterprise integration experience with Intune, SCCM, and XSOAR
BMC Helix reporting and dashboard experience
HTML knowledge
Atrium Integrator and Spoon Jobs experience
Innovation Studio experience
Availability to work hybrid, three days per week from the Bangalore office
Notice period of up to 30 days
