Compensation: $18.00-$20.00/hr


What You’ll Do:

  • Greet and direct customers arriving at the dealership
  • Answer incoming calls
  • Scan customer information into system
  • Filing and data entry
  • Receipt of money
  • Page for available sales reps
  • Ensure a constant supply of deal jackets for the Sales Floor
  • Manage the Plate Log (contacting customers upon plate arrival, distributing plates, and weekly audit)
  • Daily processing of print and email queue in system
  • Manage incoming appointments (prepping folders and ensuring appointments are properly marked as Show/No Show)
  • All other duties, tasks and/or projects as assigned
  • Other Miscellaneous Duties
  • Support Funding & Titling team

What You Bring:

  • Ability to present a professional and polished image while establishing positive relationships with staff and guests
  • Excellent phone etiquette
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Excellent written and verbal skills
  • intermediate proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook
  • Must have good time management and be detail oriented
  • Must have intermediate proficiency in MS Office
  • Must have ability to multi-task in a fast paced environment
