The Opportunity
As a Bloom LXP Platform Owner you will be responsible for managing and optimizing the organization's digital learning platforms to facilitate employee development and Takeda's Learning culture. This role involves overseeing the platform's functionality, user experience, and performance to ensure it aligns with the organization's learning objectives and technological standards.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a strategic roadmap for the DD&T LXP Learning platform in partnership with HR and in alignment with organizational goals.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, prioritize features, define project scope and provide work effort required.
- Manage configuration of the Edcast (now Cornerstone) LXP platform(s).
- Manage and support Edcast 3rd party learning provider integrations, APIs and integrations with other systems including raw data extract from source system to Takeda Enterprise Data Backbone, (EDB).
- Understand Edcast's middleware (Workato) used to support Takeda's (SAP Success Factors LMS)/LXP integration.
- Understand SAP Success Factors custom reporting in support of the LMS/LXP integration.
- Act as Change Manager (in ServiceNow) for all configuration changes in the LXP platform
- Evaluate SaaS releases for organizational impact (occurs every 6-8 weeks), facilitate review meetings to discuss impact with stakeholders and provide consultative recommendations for release strategy.
- Act as Edcast LXP Subject Matter Expert to stakeholders providing expertise to help stakeholders better understand the LXP, it's capabilities and limitations.
- Mentor and help grow skillsets of UAMS team member to help better support Takeda.
- Manage other technologies within Learning function that support the LXP or Learning function overall.
- Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and ensure data security and compliance.
- Monitor platform usage, analyze data insights, and implement improvements to enhance user engagement and learning outcomes.
- Ensure compliance with data security regulations and industry standards in managing the learning platform.
- Provide technical support, technical training, and guidance to users on utilizing the platform effectively.
- Stay abreast of emerging trends and technologies in digital learning to recommend innovative solutions for continuous improvement.
- Conduct regular assessments and evaluations to measure the effectiveness of the LXP platform.
Skills and Qualifications
- Excellent leadership, and Face-to-Face interpersonal skills, Strong interest in collaborative work with customers. Requires ability to successfully facilitate and lead meetings across functional teams.
- Excellent/strong system analytical skills for determining best integration solutions and for issue resolutions.
- 5+ years experience in managing LXP platforms or similar systems.
- 5+ years experience supporting integrations from Learning systems.
- Experience with integrations between LMS and LXP systems.
- Expert in Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC).
- Experience working on global teams.
- Excellent meeting facilitation skills
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
- Strong project management skills outlining and capturing overall tasks (relevant to DD&T) required during a project.
- Knowledge of e-learning standards and technologies.
- Experience with ServiceNow Ticketing tool as well as JIRA.
- Previous experience in software selection, vendor management

Salary
As a motivated employee, you should be compensated appropriately. The minimum salary for this position is € 4450 per month (full time), but your final remuneration package may be higher depending on your qualifications and experience.
