Job Summary:

We are seeking a talented and experienced Visual/Graphic Designer to join our dynamic team in Bangalore, specifically based in our HSR Layout office. The ideal candidate will possess a strong portfolio showcasing expertise in visual design principles, a keen eye for detail, and a passion for creating impactful and engaging visual experiences. This role will be responsible for translating business requirements and user needs into compelling visual solutions across various platforms. A crucial aspect of this role is the ability to create engaging motion graphics to enhance our brand and user experiences.

Responsibilities:

 Visual Design & Branding: Develop and execute creative visual concepts for digital and print materials, ensuring brand consistency across all touchpoints. This includes website design, mobile app interfaces, marketing collateral, social media graphics, presentations,and other visual assets.

 Motion Graphics: Design and animate compelling motion graphics for various purposes, including website elements, social media content, explainer videos, and internal communications.

 User Interface (UI) Design: Collaborate with UX designers to translate user flows and wireframes into visually appealing and user-friendly interfaces.

 Visual Communication: Effectively communicate design ideas and rationale to stakeholders, incorporating feedback and iterating on designs.

 Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including product managers, marketing, and engineering, to ensure alignment on design goals and execution.

 Design Tools Proficiency: Demonstrate mastery of industry-standard design software, including Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects, Premiere Pro) and Figma/Sketch.

 Staying Updated: Keep abreast of the latest design trends, tools, and technologies, and proactively suggest improvements to design processes and deliverables.

 Project Management: Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to project requirements.

 Brand Guidelines: Ensure all designs adhere to established brand guidelines and contribute to the evolution of the brand identity.

Qualifications:

 Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field.

 Minimum of 5 years of professional experience as a Graphic/Visual Designer.

 Strong portfolio demonstrating a diverse range of visual design skills, including UI design and branding.

 Proven experience in creating and implementing motion graphics using software like Adobe After Effects or similar.

 Excellent understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and layout.

 Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects, Premiere Pro) and Figma/Sketch.

 Strong understanding of web and mobile design principles and best practices.

 Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.

 Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment.

 Strong attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality work.

 Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
