Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced HR Executive with 3+ years of hands-on experience in HR Operations and Recruitment. The role requires managing end-to-end HR processes while supporting talent acquisition activities to ensure smooth people operations and timely hiring.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle end-to-end HR operations including onboarding, employee documentation, attendance, leave management, and exit formalities.
  • Coordinate payroll inputs and ensure compliance with statutory requirements such as PF, ESI, PT, and labor laws.
  • Maintain accurate employee records, HRMS data, and generate MIS reports.
  • Manage end-to-end recruitment activities including sourcing, screening, interview coordination, and offer rollout.
  • Work closely with hiring managers to understand manpower requirements and hiring timelines.
  • Address employee queries, support engagement initiatives, and assist in performance management processes.
  • Ensure adherence to HR policies, processes, and internal audits.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • MBA/PGDM in HR or equivalent qualification.
  • 3 – 5 years of experience in HR Operations with recruitment exposure.
  • Good knowledge of labor laws and HR compliance.
  • Hands-on experience with HRMS and ATS tools (Keka, Darwinbox, or similar preferred).
  • Strong communication, coordination, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently.

Skills Required

  • MBA/PGDM in HR or equivalent qualification
  • 3 - 5 years of experience in HR Operations with recruitment exposure
  • Good knowledge of labor laws and HR statutory compliance (PF, ESI, PT, labor laws)
  • Hands-on experience with HRMS and ATS tools
