Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced HR Executive with 3+ years of hands-on experience in HR Operations and Recruitment. The role requires managing end-to-end HR processes while supporting talent acquisition activities to ensure smooth people operations and timely hiring.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle end-to-end HR operations including onboarding, employee documentation, attendance, leave management, and exit formalities.
- Coordinate payroll inputs and ensure compliance with statutory requirements such as PF, ESI, PT, and labor laws.
- Maintain accurate employee records, HRMS data, and generate MIS reports.
- Manage end-to-end recruitment activities including sourcing, screening, interview coordination, and offer rollout.
- Work closely with hiring managers to understand manpower requirements and hiring timelines.
- Address employee queries, support engagement initiatives, and assist in performance management processes.
- Ensure adherence to HR policies, processes, and internal audits.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- MBA/PGDM in HR or equivalent qualification.
- 3 – 5 years of experience in HR Operations with recruitment exposure.
- Good knowledge of labor laws and HR compliance.
- Hands-on experience with HRMS and ATS tools (Keka, Darwinbox, or similar preferred).
- Strong communication, coordination, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently.
Skills Required
