BLEXIT is the largest conservative minority grassroots movement in the country. It is the movement to drive traditional American principles into urban communities across the United States of America – to promote economic independence, individual freedom, strengthen the nuclear family, and foster a deeper appreciation for patriotism in Black American culture. We focus on shifting the culture as well as educating and uplifting minority America through educational programs and acts of community service.

ABOUT THE POSITION:​ BLEXIT is seeking a detail-oriented Administrative Intern to assist the administrative team, primarily supporting Raquel, Senior Admin Manager. This role will provide hands-on experience in nonprofit operations, communications, and event coordination while ensuring the intern is actively engaged in meaningful tasks. The ideal candidate is highly organized, proactive, and capable of handling multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced environment.

This position will also be responsible but not limited to for newsletter support, grant and travel review, submitting design requests, content creation, and administrative support.

KEY QUALIFICATIONS:

• Familiarity with BLEXIT and TPUSA 
• Consistently up to date with cultural interest relevant to the BLEXIT audience
• Ability to communicate effectively with high-level individuals 
• Knowledge of Google Drive (Google Docs, Sheets, etc.)
• Passion for conservative ideas and principles 
• Positive attitude with an extremely hard work ethic
• Ability to multi-task and manage a wide range of responsibilities
• Self-starter and self-motivated
• Our ideal applicant is punctual, very responsive, and great at time management

• Stellar administrative skills 
• Data research and analysis 
• Previous involvement with Turning Point USA or another conservative non-profit
• Attended a previous TPUSA event
