Duties and Responsibilities
- Core Responsibilities
- Maintain attendance within acceptable standards
- Use hand tools to remove scale, corrosion, paint, and dirt from interior and/or exterior product surfaces
- Learn system components to avoid downtime
- Assure safety of all team members
- Maintain and improve quality
- Daily housekeeping
- Maintain and repair wearable items
- Operate automated equipment to remove scale, corrosion, paint, and dirt from interior and/or exterior product surfaces
- Make adjustments to equipment that adhere to established specifications
- Train of new or existing team members
- Lead jobs in the field
- Assist in completion of all tasks to meet deadlines

- Know and follow all safety rules and procedures.
- Participate in safety committees and initiatives as assigned.
