Are you the person we are looking for?

Reporting to the leader of Sales Enablement, we are seeking a innovative Sales Enablement Manager who shares a passion for helping sellers advance their sales skills and develop their knowledge of QNX solutions, services, and value proposition. You will be responsible for managing sales enablement programs, sales new hire onboarding, product and tools training, and instructional design, including assessing the sales culture to create courses and activities that resonate with sellers and deliver effective sales readiness programs.

You will:

  • Collaborate cross-functionally, developing sales practices informed by messaging and tactics from marketing, operations, and product teams.
  • Develop & deliver innovative content across instructor-led, virtual, and on-line mediums.
  • Support product launches by preparing and enabling the sales teams to understand and sell QNX solutions.
  • Design and implement follow-up and reinforcement activities to strengthen and maintain knowledge and skills of our sales teams.
  • Govern enablement tools to ensure that members of the sales team can find what they need and that content is current.
  • Evaluate and measure training efficiency, using well-defined quantitative and qualitative success metrics, adapting training as needed.

You will have:

  • Proven experience in sales enablement / training development; including relevant program management experience which has supported tactical sales programs and enablement activities in embedded software.
  • Strong knowledge of sales methodologies, processes, and tools.
  • Excellent knowledge of learning development methodologies and effective training techniques to ensure maximum impact and audience engagement.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, including strengths in meeting objectives through influence, facilitation, and team building.
  • Experience of proactively building and maintaining effective relationships within a diverse & global organization.
  • Experience with sales tools, CRM (Salesforce), and enablement platforms (Highspot) is highly desired.
