We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented professional to join a fast-growing Engineering and IT environmentsupporting global clients across diverse technology and engineering domains. The role offers an opportunity to work on challenging projects and contribute to high-quality solutions across areas such as Mechanical, Electrical, Embedded, VLSI, and IT/Digital engineering.

The ideal candidate should be technically capable, adaptable, and comfortable working in a collaborative, fast-paced environment with multiple stakeholders and project requirements.

• Understand project requirements, technical specifications, and customer expectations.
• Support the development and delivery of engineering or technology solutions based on project needs.
• Collaborate with engineering, software, testing, and cross-functional teams to achieve project objectives.
• Analyse technical requirements and contribute to effective and practical solutions.
• Prepare and maintain relevant technical documentation, reports, and project deliverables.
• Participate in design reviews, technical discussions, testing, validation, and troubleshooting activities.
• Identify technical issues and contribute to root-cause analysis and timely resolution.
• Ensure assigned deliverables meet defined quality, performance, and project timelines.
• Follow established engineering processes, development standards, and documentation practices.
• Coordinate with team members and stakeholders to communicate progress, challenges, and dependencies.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives across processes, tools, and project execution.
• Stay updated with relevant technologies and develop new skills based on project requirements.
• Take ownership of assigned tasks and work effectively with minimal supervision.

• 2+ years of relevant professional experience in engineering, IT, software, embedded systems, VLSI, or a related technical domain.
• Strong technical fundamentals and the ability to understand and work with project-specific requirements.
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills with a structured approach to troubleshooting.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering accurate, high-quality work.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional and geographically distributed teams.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
• Proactive attitude with a willingness to learn new technologies, tools, and processes.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, project-driven environment.
• Comfortable taking ownership of assigned responsibilities and meeting deadlines.
• Exposure to global customer projects or engineering services environments will be an advantage.
• A degree or diploma in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, Electronics, or a related discipline is preferred.
