Join us a Bitumen Sprayer in Palmerston North
You will be the primary spray operator for the new FibreDec Multisprayer and will be responsible for implementing and initiating work activities within a team which is overseen by a Foreman/Supervisor. In this role, you’ll see yourself responsible for the safe operation of the bitumen/Emulsion sprayer and assisting the chip sealing team.
In addition to the above you will:

Assists Foreman/supports Supervisor with daily workflow requirements

Ensure the FibreDec sprayer is always in excellent condition and check other machinery and equipment is in good working order.

Assists with training less skilled staff on the correct operation of machinery and equipment.

We’re looking for someone with:
-
Class 1,2, 4 license and Dangerous Goods.
-
4-5 years’ experience in the surfacing/construction industry.
-
In-depth knowledge and sprayed sealing experience including binders and emulsions
-
Possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
