Product Ownership & Strategy

  • Define and manage the product roadmap for L2C processes, prioritizing billing, payments, commerce, and commissions.
  • Serve as the subject matter expert for NetSuite, Salesforce, Commerce Cloud, and Oracle systems in finance and billing domains.
  • Collaborate with Finance, Sales Ops, RevOps, and IT to gather requirements, prioritize features, and deliver high-impact solutions.
  • Prioritize and manage the product backlog, ensuring alignment with corporate strategy and maximizing value delivery.
  • Drive continuous improvement in commission calculation, payment automation, and commerce workflows.

Agile Delivery

  • Own and refine the product backlog; write clear, actionable user stories and acceptance criteria focused on billing, payments, commerce, and commissions.
  • Lead Agile ceremonies (sprint planning, backlog grooming, etc.) for cross-functional development teams.
  • Ensure timely delivery of features and capabilities that directly support financial operations and revenue growth.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Work closely with technical leads, engineers, QA, and release management to deliver robust, end-to-end solutions.
  • Act as a liaison between business users and technical teams, translating complex financial requirements into system specifications.

Governance & Compliance

  •  Ensure all solutions meet compliance standards, including internal controls, data privacy, and security requirements relevant to financial transactions and commission processing.
  •  Partner with governance, architecture, and security teams to maintain alignment with enterprise policies.

Continuous Improvement

  • Monitor system performance and user adoption, proactively identifying opportunities to optimize billing, payment, commerce, and commission workflows.
  • Stay current on industry trends, technology innovations, and best practices in financial operations and L2C processes.

Required Qualifications:

  • 8+ years of experience in product ownership, business systems analysis, or solution delivery roles.
  • Proven expertise in Billing, Collections, PaymentsCommerce Cloud, RCA and full Lead-to-Cash (L2C) lifecycle.
  • Strong working knowledge of  Salesforce, Salesforce Revenue Cloud, Commerce Cloud and/or Oracle Fusion Financials.
  • Experience supporting finance operations such as invoicing, payment gateways, dunning, GL posting, and revenue recognition workflows.
  • Demonstrated success in managing cross-functional Agile teams and driving enterprise-scale projects to completion.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills; ability to influence and drive alignment across departments.
  • Solid understanding of business process mapping, user experience design, and system integrations.
