As a Commercial Hospitals & Bio Trainee you will support the Hospital / Biosimilars team in operational and administrative tasks, contributing to the efficiency of internal processes and communication with external stakeholders.
Major accountabilities:
Administrative Support:
Opening purchase orders (POs) and creating vendors in the system. Preparing contracts, exemption letters, and other required legal and administrative documents. Assisting in the organization and maintenance of regulatory documentation.
Process Assistance:
Supporting the preparation of Core processes (even without direct access to fill them). Completing and updating regulatory tables and other supporting files.
Communication & Coordination:
Assisting in communications with experts and external stakeholders. Coordinating information exchange between internal departments and external partners.
Minimum Requirements:
Skills:
Academic background in Pharmaceutical Sciences or Health Science.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Proactive attitude and willingness to learn.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Word, Outlook).
Languages :
Good communication skills in both Portuguese and English C2 is a must.
