As Biosimilar Platform IBP Execution Lead you'll lead the end-to-end IBP process for a platform group, ensuring integration across planning forums, alignment between functions, and clear, decision-ready inputs into Platform and Corporate S&OP.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Own end-to-end integration across IBP forums (P&PR, DR, SR, S&OP)
  • Ensure cross-functional alignment between commercial, supply chain and finance
  • Structure platform-level trade-offs, risks and scenarios
  • Ensure decision readiness for Platform and Corporate S&OP
  • Act as primary interface to senior stakeholders across functions and regions
  • Resolve cross-functional conflicts and misalignments
  • Ensure consistency across platforms (in collaboration with other IBP leads)
  • Guide and coach Platform IBP Managers

What you need to bring to the role:

  • 10–15+ years in commercial, finance or integrated planning roles
  • Strong experience in IBP / S&OP leadership roles
  • Proven experience in the biosimilars market, including strategic launch planning
  • Proven track record in cross-functional integration and decision-making
  • Experience operating at senior stakeholder level (global / regional leadership)
  • Strong understanding of end-to-end supply chain and business drivers
  • Experience in complex, multi-market environments

Sandoz compensation is determined by job level, qualifications, niche skills, experience, and location within company salary ranges. Fully proficient and highly effective employees can expect a starting salary around market median, with those new to the level or with less functional depth at the lower end of the range and those with sustained superior or niche skills towards the higher end of the range. Internal equity and external market data inform our range placement. Annual salary reviews consider performance outcomes, market alignment, and business needs.
