Biologics Account Manager, (Smith & Nephew, Inc., Memphis, TN): Exceed sales quota and grow the Sports Medicine Biologics business within assigned districts, by driving increased usage and new customer conversions by guiding and educating the sales representatives on each individual territory. This position requires ability to assimilate, manage and deliver a high-level of technical information as it relates to both Biologics and Sports Medicine Shoulder products. Serve as a leader of Biologics for Sports Medicine in the capacity of product matter expert, trainer, and mentor to other sales personnel. Responsible for Sales Execution, Business Planning, meeting, exceeding assigned sales quotas for assigned products in Biologics and Shoulder consumables and driving product growth across current, legacy customer bases. Participate in new customer acquisition and uncover all Biologics opportunities within assigned territory. Deliver accurate monthly and quarterly Biologics forecasts to DOS (Director of Sales).
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
Must have a Bachelor's degree in Sports Medicine, Nursing or related field plus 4 years of experience in the job offered or related role in the Sports Medicine industry.
Of the required experience, must have 2 years of experience in each of the following:
- Sales in Sports Medicine
- Interpreting and analyzing sales data
Of the required experience, must have 1 year of experience in each of the following:
- Project Planning and team training
- Financial and Quota Planning for fiscal year
- Forecasting sales and budgets teamwide
Must be willing to travel up to 75% (100% domestic) to visit client sites and conferences.
May be assigned to unanticipated client locations within the US.
