We are actively seeking a Biogas Plant Associate to join our offices in Gefyra.

The Biogas Plant Associate will be responsible for supporting efficiently the day-to-day administrative activities and operational procedures ensuring the uninterrupted operation of the plant.

Responsibilities
  • Ensure compliance with operational procedures, licensing requirements and regulatory standards governing the biogas plant.
  • Coordinate the day-to-day administrative and operational activities of the plant, working closely with the operations team.
  • Liaise with suppliers and external stakeholders to support the smooth operation of the facility.
  • Manage, organize, and maintain plant documentation, including operational records, permits, contracts and compliance documentation.
  • Assist in maintaining accurate records and preparing reports required for internal management and regulatory authorities.

Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Environmental Sciences, Logistics, or another relevant field.
  • Very good command of English, both written and spoken.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
  • Previous experience in a similar administrative or operational support role will be considered an asset.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills, with a high level of attention to detail.
  • A collaborative mindset and the ability to work effectively as part of a team.
