Are you an experienced quality control professional with a strong understanding of biochemical analysis, validation processes and regulated manufacturing environments? We are seeking a Biochemical QC Analyst to support validation activities, analyse quality data and help ensure products are manufactured in line with applicable regulatory requirements, internal standards and current industry practices.


Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare installation, testing and validation procedures, protocols and related documentation in accordance with regulatory and internal quality requirements.
  • Compile, review and analyse validation and quality control data, identifying trends, discrepancies and areas for improvement.
  • Prepare clear validation reports and make evidence-based recommendations for process improvements or corrective actions.
  • Investigate and troubleshoot validation or quality-related issues, supporting root cause analysis and practical resolution.
  • Maintain accurate validation documentation, records and files in line with good documentation practice and data integrity expectations.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support compliant manufacturing and continuous improvement initiatives.

Job Requirements
  • Relevant third-level qualification in Biochemistry, Chemistry, Biotechnology, Pharmaceutical Science or a related scientific discipline.
  • Previous experience in a QC, validation or quality role within a regulated manufacturing, pharmaceutical, biotechnology or life sciences environment.
  • Working knowledge of validation principles, quality systems, GMP and applicable regulatory expectations.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, prepare reports and recommend appropriate actions.
  • Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to accurate documentation and compliance.
  • Effective communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.

Skills Required
