We are recruiting a smart Bio & Hospitals Marketing Trainee who can learn & contribute to our mission in Sandoz Iberia.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Support the Marketing team, liaising with the fieldforce when required.

• Management and control of the internal compliance (P3) tool

• Monitor and document ongoing activities, ensuring they align with organizational objectives and timelines.

• Monitoring of internal processes ensuring compliance with corporate policies.

• Project Tracking and Support: compliance, budget, administration, coordiation of events.

What you'll bring to the role:

• MUST HAVE: University degree in Science.

• Currently studying a degree or master's degree in a Pharma-related field with the possibility of generating an internship agreement (12 months) with your university. .

• Fluent English and Spanish are a must.

• Highly valuable: project management

• Capacity to work on highly complex environments.

• We are looking for a person with a high learning agility, planning and autonomy
