Job DescriptionJob Summary
The BIM Manager will lead the implementation and management of BIM and Digital Delivery across multidisciplinary projects. The role is responsible for developing BIM strategies, establishing project BIM standards, managing BIM teams, coordinating with clients and project stakeholders, and ensuring successful delivery of project BIM requirements.
The BIM Manager will act as the primary BIM representative for assigned projects, driving digital workflows, governance, quality, coordination, and continuous improvement throughout the project lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities
· Lead the development and implementation of the BIM Execution Plan (BEP) and project digital delivery strategy.
· Manage BIM delivery across Architecture, Structure, MEP, Process, and Infrastructure disciplines.
· Act as the primary BIM point of contact for clients, project managers, discipline leads, and external stakeholders.
· Lead BIM coordination meetings with internal teams, clients, consultants, and contractors.
· Establish project BIM standards, workflows, model management processes, and digital delivery requirements.
· Manage multidisciplinary model coordination, clash management, and issue resolution.
· Oversee Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC) implementation, including document management, model coordination, issue management, review workflows, and permissions.
· Ensure compliance with BIM standards, ISO 19650 principles, client requirements, and project-specific BIM protocols.
· Monitor model quality, BIM health, LOD compliance, and project BIM deliverables.
· Support project planning, BIM resource allocation, and project delivery schedules.
· Review BIM deliverables prior to client submissions and ensure adherence to quality requirements.
· Provide technical guidance and mentoring to BIM Specialists and project teams.
· Drive BIM innovation, automation, and digital transformation initiatives across projects.
· Develop BIM dashboards, KPIs, and project performance reports for management.
· Support business development activities, BIM proposals, technical presentations, and client workshops.
· Identify project risks related to BIM delivery and implement mitigation strategies.
· Promote continuous improvement in BIM processes, standards, and digital delivery.
Qualifications- Bachelor's Degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related discipline.
- 8–15 years of experience in BIM and multidisciplinary project delivery.
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in leading BIM teams or managing BIM delivery on large-scale projects.
- Strong expertise in Autodesk Revit.
- Advanced knowledge of Navisworks Manage.
- Strong experience with Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC) / BIM 360.
- Good understanding of ISO 19650, BIM Execution Planning, LOD/LOI, Common Data Environment (CDE), and digital delivery best practices.
- Experience managing BIM coordination across multidisciplinary teams.
- Strong understanding of BIM governance, quality assurance, and model management.
- Excellent communication, leadership, stakeholder management, and presentation skills.
- Experience in client coordination and project delivery.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and teams simultaneously.
Preferred Skills (Added Advantage)
· Experience with Python, Dynamo, or Revit API for BIM automation.
· Experience with Revizto, ACC Model Coordination, BIM Collaborate Pro, or similar collaboration platforms.
· Experience in developing Power BI dashboards and BIM analytics.
· Knowledge of BIM Interoperability Tools, Model Checker, and model validation workflows.
· Familiarity with Power Automate, Forge APIs, or other digital integration tools.
· Experience in Digital Twins, GIS integration, reality capture, or laser scanning workflows is an advantage.
· Experience working on Semiconductor, Data Centre, Pharmaceutical, Industrial, or Advanced Manufacturing projects.
· Professional certifications in BIM or Autodesk products will be an added advantage.
