Role description:

This role is part of Arcadis’ Global Excellence Centre (GEC) and will join our 3,000+ talented individuals working in India, Romania, and Philippines, in partnership with Arcadis’ offices globally. We are seeking a Intermediate BIM Coordinator:  

• For attending Project Team Meetings and communicating with Project Consultants.
• Produce, release and request packages.  

Role accountabilities:

• Coordinate BIM activities and communicate regularly with the BIM Manager, providing project status updates.
• Manage clash detection, coordination tasks and federated models using Navisworks and ACC.
  Ensure BIM workflows, models and drawings comply with BIM Standards, BIM Execution Plan and ISO 19650.
• Support architects and engineers in the effective use of BIM software and drawing standards.
• Perform QA/QC checks on BIM models and technical drawings.
• Mentor BIM Modelers and provide technical guidance when required.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Engineering or equivalent BIM-related technical qualification.
• Proficient with Autodesk BIM software Revit, AutoCAD and Navisworks. At least 3 years of experience working in BIM-related jobs and production role. 
• Experience working with BIM Document Review (BEP, Comp Catalogue, LOD), understanding roles and responsibilities, document management processes and standards(naming conventions, shared parameters, asset attributes list, transmittal record, etc.).
• Experience managing BIM models for quality control and review processes, creating and using templates and object libraries.
• Strong communication, collaboration and time management skills, with good command of English.
