About The Role:

Our Software Deployment Team is seeking an exceptional Deployment and Integrations Coordinator. In this role, you will be working closely with project and team leads to ensure the successful and timely deployment of our software. The ideal candidate is a self-starter with a demonstrated record of successfully coordinating complex, cross-functional projects to achieve desired outcomes.
Key responsibilities:
- Work directly on live Digital Twin deployment projects as a Deployment and Integrations Coordinator, reporting to the Manager of Software and Integrations and will work closely with the appropriate Account Manager.
- Use industry knowledge and understanding of building systems to independently manage the collation, review and processing of multiple disparate datasets to build Digital Twins to deliver customer value through Willow’s product capabilities and Activate Technology.
- Lead the deployment of integrations and the integration's site readiness activities to ensure sites and data sources are prepared and available for integration.
- Develop strong internal and external stakeholder relationships and exercise lateral relationships to facilitate action and gain buy-in.
- Contribute to deployment documentation to capture improved processes, lessons learned and how-to guidance.
About You:
- 1-5 years of related experience in project/program coordination, ideally in a SaaS or technology-enabled services business.
- Experience in IT/OT/IoT, as well as understanding around API integrations, is a must have to be qualified for this position.
- Experience with digesting data in Snowflake is a must.
- Experience in Mechanical/HVAC Engineering Consulting, Building Automation Systems, Building Information Management, or Enterprise Asset Management systems are a plus.
- The combination of a strong problem-solving mindset with a passion for life-long learning to effectively drive clarity from ambiguity.
