We are seeking a talented individual to join our Invoicing team at Marsh. This role will be based in Urbandale and offers a hybrid work arrangement, requiring a minimum of six days per month in the office.
As a Billing Specialist, you partner with various business units to facilitate precise and prompt billing of consulting services, ensuring a positive experience for both internal stakeholders and external clients.
We will count on you to:
- Collaborate with various teams within the business units to ensure accurate and timely billing of consulting revenue
- Deliver excellent customer service to internal and external clients
- Consistently produce timely deliverables
- Adhere to billing requirements and invoice within specified terms
- Ensure compliance with corporate policies, carrier agreements, SOX, SSAE16, tax regulations, local GAAP, US GAAP, and applicable statutory regulations

- Associate’s degree or equivalent work experience
- Ability to prioritize in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Proficient in the MS Office suite
