Job Title: AR Specialist

Location: Seoul, Korea (Hybrid - 2 days in the office)

About the role:
We are hiring a AR Specialist to join our finance team in Seoul, supporting the accurate, timely, and compliant generation of client invoices. This role plays a key part in delivering a seamless billing experience for both internal teams and external clients, working across multiple systems including SAP.

You will be responsible for reviewing commercial and operational data, responding to client queries, ensuring audit-ready records, and helping maintain high standards across our billing and accounts receivable functions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Produce accurate, complete, and timely client invoices aligned with contract terms and internal SLAs

• Validate billing data across multiple sources and enter into SAP with full audit documentation

• Investigate and resolve billing discrepancies; clearly communicate root causes and resolutions

• Manage day-to-day invoicing queries with both internal teams and external clients

• Maintain compliance with internal financial policies, VAT rules, and audit standards

• Support ad hoc finance tasks and continuous improvement initiatives

• Meet individual and team KPIs including accuracy, timeliness, and resolution metrics

About You:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field

• 2–3 years’ billing or accounts receivable experience, ideally in a shared services or multinational environment

• Demonstrated ability to manage complex billing cycles using data from multiple systems

• Strong SAP or similar ERP platform experience

• Intermediate Excel and solid MS Office skills

• Fluent in English and ideally Korean (spoken and written)

• Excellent attention to detail, communication skills, and ability to work under pressure

• Client service mindset with a proactive, solutions-focused approach
