Position Summary
The Billing Specialist is responsible to ensure all customers' phone calls, open invoices, address, payment or any billing related issues are answered in a timely fashion. Fostering effective working relationships with external customers as well as internal partners including Client relations, Accounts receivable, and Operations, is the key for this role.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Answer incoming calls and tickets related to billing/ hosting invoices and their payments
- Help customers update payment info and customer info per client request
- Assist with CC, ACH, GoCardless payment
- Monitor customer account details for non-payment and collect missing payments
- Work closely with functional management, client relations, accounts receivable and Operations to identify and resolve
billing issues - Provide document requests by clients and internal departments (open invoices, credit
memos, contracts, refund receipts, etc.)
Requirements:
- Customer service/contact centre experience
- Fluent written/spoken English
- Intermediate Excel skills
- Ability and willingness to work late evening/night shifts
- Strong communication skills
- Attention to detail, analytical skills, ability to multitask
- Billing or accounts receivable experience is a plus
- Experience managing high volume of data, customers, transactions is a plus

Salary
from 1784 Eur/month gross salary
Plus pay for night hours (+30-40% of your salary)
