Requirements
The primary purpose of your job position is to assist in the day-to-day accounting functions of the facility in accordance with current acceptable accounting and cost reimbursement principles relating to nursing facility operations, and as may be directed by the Business Office Manager.
- MUST HAVE: Minimum of 2 years Skilled Nursing Healthcare Billing and Collections experience
- MUST HAVE: UB-04 Billing, billing and collection of Medicare, Medicaid insurance (Skilled Nursing)
- Contact insurance companies to follow-up on claim status
- Claim research, appeals and resubmissions

Skills Required
- Minimum of 2 years Skilled Nursing Healthcare Billing and Collections experience
- Experience with UB-04 billing
- Experience billing and collecting Medicare and Medicaid for skilled nursing
- Experience with claim research, appeals, and resubmissions
- Ability to contact insurance companies to follow up on claim status
