This position is responsible for undertaking a variety of financial and non-financial tasks in order to help guarantee the company’s revenues through sound billing operations, efficient systems and special projects.
Primary Responsibilities:
Implementation of new or upgraded workforce management data systems (data migration, company specifications, etc.).
Post-implementation duties related to workforce management data system (data uploads, system/database administrator tasks, data integrity, etc.).
Implementation and post-implementation project lead for other related or assigned systems.
Oversight of Billing/Receivables results and process.
Follow up on Billing discrepancies.
Resolution of Billing issues that are of high complexity or high visibility.
Liaison to company vendors for matters related to Billing.
Back-up duties for the invoicing system.
Activities related to Collections.
Saving incoming invoices into an electronic retention system or files.
Auditing activities as necessary.
Assist the Billing staff in resolving issues and answering their questions.
Various administrative duties and project duties as assigned or as needed.
Other duties as assigned.

Preferred QualificationsEducation:
High School diploma or general education degree (GED)
Experience:
Minimum of 2 years in a billing specific position OR
Minimum of 2 years of industry experience
Minimum of 2 years of Supervisory experience
Technical Skills
Computer and Microsoft Office proficiency with strong experience utilizing MS Excel
Attention to detail with an emphasis on accuracy and quality to minimize risk of errors.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills and a strong command of the English
language is required.
Highly organized and detail orientated.
Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment
Time management skills; must be able to meet deadlines.
Physical Requirements:
Sitting at a desk for 6-8 hours a day
Working on a computer for 6-8 hours a day
May be required to work long and unpredictable hours.
Must be able to pass pre-employment screening that includes background and drug testing.
