We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Billing Specialist to support billing, accounts payable, healthcare-related paperwork, and administrative functions across multiple areas of the organization.
The ideal candidate will have experience working in a healthcare or similarly regulated environment and be comfortable handling a variety of responsibilities. This is a hands-on role that requires someone who can accurately manage billing across different areas, understand basic accounting processes, and work independently without extensive training on fundamental administrative or accounting tasks.
Key responsibilities include:
- Manage and process billing accurately across multiple areas of the organization.
- Assist with Accounts Payable and related accounting processes.
- Complete and maintain healthcare-related paperwork and documentation.
- Utilize medical terminology and understand healthcare administrative processes.
- Provide administrative support to various departments, including Marketing and Lifestyle-related initiatives.
- Maintain organized records, documentation, and paperwork.
- Work across departments and take ownership of tasks as needed.
- Assist with additional administrative responsibilities as priorities change

What we're looking for:
