What we are looking for:

Here is what an ordinary day of work may look like:
- Responsible for the revenue recognition for dealership sales
- Accurately post all new and pre-owned vehicle sales into the accounting system.
- Manage incoming payments, apply receipts, and ensure all dealership revenues are correctly recognized.
- Organize and audit deal paperwork to ensure completeness, compliance, and readiness for review.
- Process trade-in vehicle payoffs and handle communication with banks to confirm payments and timelines.
- Prepare and maintain detailed salesperson commission reports, ensuring timely and accurate payments.
- Confirm that all funds are collected, and lienholder payoffs are made prior to processing titles.
- Verify all documentation is complete and accurate for title and registration processing.
- Stay current on title and registration regulations and ensure dealership compliance.
- Crosstrain with team members to broaden your skills and contribute to a high-functioning accounting department.
- Support management with reporting, administrative tasks, and special projects as needed.
- Perform additional responsibilities as assigned to support the dealership’s success.
The opportunity is for you if you have:
- Accounting or business administration degree or minimum of 2 years of billing experience in the automotive industry
- Previous customer service, collection, or accounting experience
- Excellent math and verbal skills. These skills may be tested and evaluated.
- Ability to communicate well over the phone and in written correspondence.
- Excellent computer skills. These skills may be tested and evaluated.
