We are seeking a Billing & Revenue Specialist, who will be responsible for invoicing and communicating with customers in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will have a strong Accounts Receivable track record, be detail-oriented and have strong teamwork and communication skills. This is a hybrid opportunity, you must be able to come into the ATL office 3 days a week.
How You’ll Make an Impact- Produce, distribute, and track customer invoices each month.
- Communicate with customers via phone and email to resolve invoice issues/discrepancies
- Communicate with Sales and Customer Experience departments regarding customer inquiries
- Assist with setting revenue recognition rules
- Assist in accurately process and post customers payments made via check, credit card or ACH/wire
- Assist with other duties assigned by management
- Able to work independently and as part of a team, communicating effectively at all levels of the organization
- Someone with strong analytical and problem-solving skills with meticulous attention to detail
- Tech savvy - Comfortable navigating between multiple software platforms and able to learn other software packages rapidly
- 3-5 years of experience in Billing and Accounts Receivable
- Proficiency in MS Excel
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance preferred
- May be subject to a credit check, in compliance with all applicable laws.
