Serve as a technical advisor within Customer Success to drive adoption, optimize customer configurations, triage complex support issues, run technical reviews and training, monitor product utilization, and partner with Product and Engineering to advocate customer needs and deliver measurable outcomes.

The Implementation Consultant will configure QGenda's Scheduling product according to customer requirements, lead implementation calls, and ensure effective communication with teams throughout the process.

Manage customer implementations of QGenda products from sales handoff to go-live. Lead cross-functional teams, scope requirements, plan resources and budgets, manage risks and change, maintain documentation, and ensure timely delivery while communicating status to stakeholders.

Design, build, and optimize scalable ELT/ETL pipelines, data models, and observability for analytics. Lead architecture, mentor engineers, collaborate with stakeholders, and enable AI-ready data products supporting reporting and BI.

As a Business Development Representative, you'll support sales by cold-calling and emailing healthcare groups, researching companies, and qualifying leads for Account Executives.

Analyze business problems, define and document solutions, and translate epics into user stories with acceptance criteria. Collaborate with UX and cross-functional teams, create mockups, maintain a prioritized backlog, lead story breakdown and agile ceremonies, and use data to inform product decisions and feature impact.

Supervise a team of Project Managers/Coordinators within the PMO, ensuring SOP and data compliance, monitoring project portfolios, coaching and performance-managing team members, enforcing accurate time entry, collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders, and reporting team metrics to drive process improvements and successful customer implementations.

Design, implement, and automate scalable, highly available AWS infrastructure. Improve reliability and performance, build CI/CD and IaC with Terraform, manage containers (ECS/EKS), monitor with observability tools, participate in on-call rotations, run incident response and root cause analysis, and advise engineering teams on SRE best practices.
