The Implementation Consultant will configure QGenda's Scheduling product according to customer requirements, lead implementation calls, and ensure effective communication with teams throughout the process.

Design, build, and optimize scalable ELT/ETL pipelines, data models, and observability for analytics. Lead architecture, mentor engineers, collaborate with stakeholders, and enable AI-ready data products supporting reporting and BI.

Provide reactive technical support for QGenda customers: troubleshoot and resolve issues, configure and manage client environments, meet SLAs, handle concierge phone support, escalate risks, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and mentor peers as expertise grows.

Provide reactive technical support for QGenda customers, troubleshoot product issues, manage support cases to SLOs, configure client environments, collaborate with cross-functional teams, escalate risks, and mentor peers as expertise grows.

Design, implement, and automate scalable, highly available AWS infrastructure. Improve reliability and performance, build CI/CD and IaC with Terraform, manage containers (ECS/EKS), monitor with observability tools, participate in on-call rotations, run incident response and root cause analysis, and advise engineering teams on SRE best practices.

Provide timely, professional customer support for QGenda's workforce management application. Manage cases to SLA, track time/projects/contacts in systems, escalate complex issues, collaborate with CX teams, and maintain strong product knowledge to deliver high customer satisfaction.
