We are looking for a Billing Manager who will play a critical part in engineering top-notch products and services in a unique industry and at a rapidly growing organization.
The billing manager is a key role in achieving growth objectives by communicating with other areas to solve any re-billing, dispute, special process or billing change, that may affect customer relation.
Principal Duties and Responsibilities
- Perform any special processes required by customer, monthly invoice and quality process
- People Leadership: Hires, develops, and directs team members to maximize individual and team performance
- Continue Improvement in billing tool or new process implementation
- Support the resolution of billing questions and issues to maintain the accounts receivables in accordance with the company policies
Education and Experience
- Engineering or Bachelor´s Degree: Administrative or Financial branch, or related.
- Experience of at least 5 years on accounts receivables, customer care, billing, or accounts payables.
- Team management of +5 members: required.
- Fluent English speaking and writing.
- Knowledge and Competencies
- Creative, dynamic and flexible
- Ability to keep focus on results and improvement of processes, as well as change management.
- Organization, prioritization, and follow-up.
- Great communication, decision making and negotiation skills.
- Customer service oriented.
- Basic SAT Regulations knowledge.
- Data analytics.
- Advanced MS Office Pack (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) skills.
- Desirable SAP Hanna or BRIM knowledge
