Job Overview
Join our dynamic team as an Accounting Specialist , where you'll play a key role in Plasmidsaurus’s financial operations. As part of a collaborative team:
You'll oversee the smooth and timely processing of invoices, customer payments, and vendor registrations.
Your expertise will help maintain compliance with industry regulations and coordination with our company ordering systems.
You’ll monitor the aging report, reconcile customer accounts, and assist in the preparation of monthly financial reports, driving the success of our financial processes.

Qualifications
Education: Bachelor’s or Associate’s degree in Accounting or related field is strongly preferred. Strong understanding of accounting principles is required.
Detail-Oriented & Organized: Meticulous attention to detail and ability to stay organized while working on multiple projects at a time
Accounting Experience : 2-4 years of experience in accounting or related finance role is strongly preferred. Experience with university procurement processes is a plus.
Problem Solver: Creative problem solver who can dig into financial issues and figure out ways to resolve it
Communication : Excellent communication skills with strong interpersonal skills and the ability to clearly communicate financial status to customers, leadership, and other departments
Proactive: Self-starter with a proactive attitude and the ability to work independently
Passion for Dinosaurs: Must love dinosaurs
