- Demonstrate strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and effective verbal and written communication abilities
- Minimum two (2) years of administrative or office experience
- Proficient in computer applications, Microsoft Office, word processing, data entry, and correspondence management
- Experience with insurance verification, prior authorization/pre-certification, DME billing experience, medical billing, and claims processing preferred
- High school diploma or GED required
- Associate degree or college coursework in Business Administration or related field preferred
- Knowledge of Medicare, Medicaid, commercial insurance, and healthcare regulatory guidelines
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent organizational, multitasking, and customer service skills
- Ability to maintain accuracy and attention to detail in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to review documents and perform tasks requiring visual accuracy and comprehension
