Billing Associate - Temporary Role
Location: Ann Arbor, MI – Onsite corporate office environment
Employment Type: Internship/Temporary, Full-Time 40 hrs
Hours: Weekday Business Hours, 9am-6pm
Duration: Approximately 3-6 Months - needed immediately

Job Summary:
Avfuel Corporation provides the global aviation industry fuel and services through its network of branded dealers and international locations.
Avfuel is seeking a Billing/Customer Service Associate.
Duties/Responsibilities:
- Create customer specific invoices within internal systems; monitor and make changes for special and varied billing arrangements
- Independently and timely communicate with customers and Sales Team to effectively assist and resolve issues
- Meet strict daily deadlines while insuring accuracy and excellent customer experience
- Communicate issues and concerns with manager and sales staff
- Other special projects and duties as assigned
- The hours for this position are 9 a.m. - 6 p.m. Monday thru Friday.

Education and Experience:
- High School Diploma required
- Associates Degree preferred or equivalent experience
- 1-2 years Accounting/billing/bookkeeping or comparable experience a plus
- 2 + years customer service experience
Physical Requirements:
- Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
- Must be able to lift 15 pounds at times.
- Must be able to access and navigate each department at the organization’s facilities.
