OverviewThe Finance & Accounting area is responsible for activities related to either accounts payable or accounts receivable, general ledger journals, accruals, and prepayments. Reconciles accounts.ResponsibilitiesOTC - Billing/Master Setup Analyst, will be responsible for billing activities, master setups, and addressing client queries.
Qualifications- Learning and shadowing with team members to develop required skills to support Master Setup and Billing process
- Process daily VCS cases and manage VCS mailbox
- Understand process flows and system navigations
- Ensure to process accurate monthly billing activities, understand the criticalities and risk of the process
- Monitor and manage outlook mailbox and Microsoft teams. Acknowledge customer emails
- Understand Stakeholder requirements, and execute them within timeframe
- Understand process controls and their impact
- Follow Desktop Procedures and adequate policies and guidelines
- Ensure to update DTPs whenever receive any process updates
