As a Commercial Operations Specialist, you will play a critical role in sales analytics, CRM governance, billing accuracy, and commercial planning. You will support targeted customers, guide sales teams, and ensure smooth execution of commercial operations across the region.
As a Commercial Operations Specialist, in this role, you will be:
Analyzing sales productivity and optimizing resource allocation
Managing territory coverage and sales incentives
Leading commercial planning and forecasting
Owning ITO processes and supporting business reviews
Handling standardized product offerings requiring simple client guidance
Contributing to pricing and conditions within predefined frameworks
Exercising limited latitude to deviate from standard pricing
To be successful in this role you will:
Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university or college OR high school diploma/GED with 4+ years of sales experience
Sales force effectiveness, productivity analysis, allocation of resources and territory coverage, sales incentives, Salesforce CRM platform and tools, lead for commercial planning and forecasting, Inquiry to Order (ITO) processes, ITO lead for business reviews. Cleans and maintains data in Commercial and other core systems (CRMs, SFDC, ERPs, etc.).
• Handle billing, invoices and disputes with the customers.
• Define the method invoice distribution.
• Good knowledge or experience with Excel and Power BI.
