Roles and Responsibilities:

• Manage & Prepare invoicing for existing strategic clients and be responsible for setting up new customers in our billing systems according to specifics of contract and ensure accurate invoicing.
• Create customer invoices and billing schedules
• Review and interpret contracts to create invoice worksheets
• Review internal input sources for billing
• Identify process gaps and suggest improvements
• Identify and explain monthly variances in billing
• Communicate with internal resources for variance explanations
• Excellent presentation skills to analyze and report insights
• Enable Tracking  and invoice leakages identified in revenue audits
• Manage the collection and responsible for resolving overdue bills and collecting payments from the clients
• Should be able to read the contracts

Mandatory Skills

• Advanced Excel skills including work experience with VLOOKUPs and Pivot tables
• Excellent oral and written skills
• Ability to self-manage and prioritize daily work independently.
• Knowledge on Infrastructure services & Cloud billing
• Preferred experience from IT/Software industry

Shift Timings – 1:30 PM to 10:30 PM IST
