What you’ll do
Perform daily activities in billing including updating customer billing profiles
Creating and distributing invoices to customers in a timely and efficient manner.
Complete customer setup, contract review, and invoicing.
Resolve most complex disputes and escalations concerning customer profiles, billing and invoicing.
Promote strong collaborative relationships with internal customers, including Customer Service, Sales and any other departments.
Performs other related work as assigned by management.
Education: Technical degree or 2+ years of university coursework in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
Experience: 2–4 years of hands-on experience in an accounting role.
Language Skills: English fluency B2/C1.
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
Oracle Familiarity: Comfortable navigating Oracle enterprise software to maintain data integrity and support core operations.
CRM Expertise: Hands-on experience with Salesforce (or similar CRM platforms) to manage workflows, track activity, and keep customer data organized.
Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to articulate information clearly across all levels.
Organization & Prioritization: Exceptional time-management and organizational skills, with a proven ability to prioritize competing tasks effectively.
Autonomy & Accountability: Self-motivated professional capable of working independently and consistently meeting strict deadlines.
