Job Description Summary
The Billing Analyst will play a key role in supporting business growth and maintaining the highest level of controllership, focusing on the invoicing process for GE Celma and its subsidiaries, including NF management and issuance. This role requires a deep understanding of Brazilian tax regulations, NFe processes, and billing systems. The analyst will collaborate with various departments such as Tax, Customs, and Production to ensure compliance and efficiency in invoicing and billing activities.
Essential Responsibilities:
Primary billing focal point for managing and processing electronic invoices (Nota Fiscal Eletrônica - NFe) in compliance with Brazilian tax and customs regulations, including Tax reform.
Ensure timely issuance of shipping & payment invoices, maintaining accurate records and controls.
Manage billing NFe-controllership topics including but not limited to, account reconciliations, VAT application, Custom’s requirements.
Stay updated on Brazilian tax laws and regulations related to NFe and billing.
Prepare and submit required reports to tax authorities and internal stakeholders.
Provide support and training to internal teams on NFe and billing processes.
Qualifications/Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Law or Accounting.
Long experience in billing, accounting, or finance, with a focus on Brazilian NFe.
Strong knowledge of Brazilian tax regulations and NFe processes.
Experience with SAP SD and/or FI/CO/MM Modules.
Fluency (speaking, reading, writing) in English.
Desired Characteristics:
Strong Knowledge of GE Aerospace FLIGHTDECK principles/practices.
Strong interpersonal and leadership skills.
Strong oral and written communication skills.
