We’re looking for a detail-oriented and analytical Billing Analyst with 2+ years of experience supporting billing and financial operations, who thrives in cross-functional environments and drives impact through accuracy, structure, and data-driven execution.

About the Role

As a Billing Analyst at Blossom, you will play a key role in supporting the Billing & Vendor Management function for a leading core and digital banking company. This is a temporary position for an initial period of 6 months, with the possibility of extension based on performance and business needs.

In this role, you will focus on billing accuracy, data analysis, and operational support, ensuring customer invoicing and vendor-related information is correct, timely, and compliant. You will collaborate closely with Finance, Operations, Sales, and Procurement teams to support billing processes and identify opportunitieor improvement.

Key Responsibilities
  • Analyze and validate customer billing and invoicing data to ensure accuracy and completeness.
  • Support the billing cycle by identifying inconsistencies, discrepancies, or risks before invoicing.
  • Assist in vendor onboarding and vendor data management, ensuring documentation and billing details are correct.
  • Maintain and analyze billing records, contracts, pricing data, and vendor information.
  • Prepare reports and dashboards related to billing performance, revenue tracking, and operational metrics.
  • Serve as a point of contact for billing-related inquiries, coordinating with internal teams.
  • Support process improvements to increase efficiency, accuracy, and scalability within billing operations.
  • Assist with audits, reconciliations, and internal controls related to billing and vendor management.
Requirements
  • Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Economics, or related field.
  • 2–4 years of experience in billing, financial operations, revenue operations, or analyst roles.
  • Experience working with ERP or accounting systems (QuickBooks, NetSuite, SAP, or similar).
  • Strong analytical skills and high attention to detail.
  • Ability to work with billing data, contracts, pricing models, and reports.
  • Proficiency in Excel / Google Sheets (formulas, data validation, analysis).
  • Familiarity with CRM and billing tools is a plus.
  • Strong organizational and documentation skills.
  • Advanced English level (C1 or higher).
