Position Summary
The Bilingual Data Analytics & Talent Planning Analyst supports the execution, administration, reporting, and continuous improvement of enterprise Talent Planning processes including Talent Reviews, 9-Box assessments, calibration, Critical Role identification, Success Profiles, succession planning, and executive talent reporting. The role serves as a key operational and analytical partner to the Talent Planning COE by maintaining talent data, producing reporting and dashboards, monitoring process completion, supporting Workday talent processes, and helping transform talent planning outputs into actionable insights.
This role works closely with Talent Planning COE leaders, HR Partners, HR Managers, Talent Development, Talent Enablement, HR Technology, and People Analytics to ensure talent planning processes are executed consistently and supported by accurate, timely, and actionable data. The role applies established analytical techniques, processes, and reporting practices while developing expertise in talent planning, succession management, and organizational talent analytics.
Primary Responsibilities
Talent Planning Operations (~30%)
- Support administration of the annual Talent Planning cycle, including Talent Reviews, calibration sessions, Critical Role reviews, Success Profile updates, and succession planning activities.
- Maintain enterprise tracking tools and governance documentation.
- Monitor milestone completion and escalate risks, delays, and data issues.
- Support development and maintenance of Talent Planning playbooks, templates, resources, and process documentation.
- Coordinate process communications and stakeholder notifications.
- Assist with annual talent calendar administration.
Data Management & Governance (~25%)
- Maintain Talent Planning datasets across Workday and supporting systems.
- Conduct data audits and validation activities to ensure quality, accuracy, and completeness.
- Monitor succession, readiness, Critical Role, Key Role, and Success Profile data integrity.
- Support governance activities and documentation of reporting definitions and business rules.
- Assist in developing and maintaining enterprise talent metrics and KPI definitions.
Analytics & Reporting (~25%)
- Produce recurring dashboards, scorecards, and reporting packages.
- Create succession, readiness, bench strength, and talent movement reports.
- Support preparation of talent reporting materials.
- Develop visualizations and summaries that communicate talent insights clearly and effectively.
- Assist with ad hoc reporting and analysis requests.
Workday Talent Process Support (~10%)
- Support Workday Talent Review and Succession processes.
- Assist with testing, validation, and user acceptance testing activities.
- Support troubleshooting and issue resolution.
- Maintain process documentation and job aids.
Continuous Improvement & Special Projects (~10%)
- Identify opportunities to improve reporting, process efficiency, and data governance.
- Support Talent Planning COE projects and initiatives.
- Participate in cross-functional HR projects as assigned.
- Assist in researching leading practices related to talent planning, succession, and talent analytics.
Minimum Qualifications
Education
- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business, Analytics, Organizational Development, Psychology, Finance, or related field.
Experience
- 2-4 years of experience in HR, HR Operations, HRIS, Talent Management, Workforce Analytics, People Analytics, Business Analytics, Project Coordination, or related fields.
Skills
- Required bilingual fluency in English and Spanish, with the ability to communicate clearly and professionally in both languages verbally and in writing.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Demonstrated ability to work with confidential information.
- Strong Excel and PowerPoint capabilities.
- Ability to interpret, validate, and organize large datasets.

$58,800.00 - $102,100.00This is the lowest to highest salary we in good faith believe we would pay for this role at the time of this posting. Our compensation is based on cost of labor. For remote locations or positions open to multiple locations, the pay range may reflect several US geographic markets, including the lowest geographic market minimum to the highest geographic market maximum. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range, and the range may be modified in the future.
