The Role
Koddi is seeking an enthusiastic and detail-oriented individual to join our Client Services team in Düsseldorf as a Spanish-speaking Digital Marketing Analyst Intern. In this role, you will support and collaborate with the team on campaigns for leading travel and hospitality brands, focusing on Spanish-speaking markets.
This internship offers hands-on experience with cutting-edge ad tech and digital marketing strategies. You’ll gain exposure to large-scale marketing campaigns while developing your analytical, technical, and communication skills. Teamwork and a proactive mindset are essential—our work environment is fast-paced, collaborative, and full of learning opportunities.
What you’ll do
- Collaborate with the Client Services team and support the execution for client accounts
- Receive training across Koddi Enterprise and Koddi Demand platforms and support the team in growing the Koddi Demand business
- Analyze data, create reports, and interpret campaign performance
- Help identify and drive opportunities to grow the business and support account expansion
- Proactively stay up-to-date on publisher products and digital marketing trends in the travel and hospitality industry
- Participate in team meetings and actively share insights and ideas
- Contribute to team projects and cross-functional initiatives
Who you are
- Native in Spanish and highly fluent in English (written and verbal)
- Available for a 6–12 month internship/traineeship
- Studied Marketing, Business, or a related field—experience in digital marketing (internship, coursework, or certifications) is a plus
- Comfortable using Excel; any knowledge of other analytics or marketing tools is a plus
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills—you enjoy working with data
- Confident and effective in interpersonal and external communication skills
- Well-organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities
- Self-motivated, eager to learn, and excited to contribute to a growing team
- Interested in working with a multicultural, distributed team and in-person at our Düsseldorf office
