As a Bilingual Senior Associate, Translations, you will lead translation efforts for Humana’s communications, ensuring accuracy, cultural relevance, and compliance. In this dynamic role, you will champion process improvement initiatives, optimize output quality, and play a key role in defining intake and workflow processes within a new translation management tool that leverages AI and ML technologies. You will continue to provide associate oversight as required by CMS guidelines.

Role Responsibilities
Oversee translation and composition processes for high-impact communications
Manage translation projects from intake to delivery, helping to define and refine workflows within a new AI/ML-enabled tool
Lead process improvement initiatives to enhance translation accuracy, efficiency, and output quality
Ensure compliance with regulatory and brand standards, including CMS requirements for associate oversight
Collaborate with vendors and internal teams to ensure quality and seamless integration of new technologies
Conduct quality assurance and troubleshoot translation issues
Maintain translation library and documentation, supporting continuous improvement efforts
Contribute to the development and implementation of intake criteria and workflow optimization for translation requests

Required Qualifications
Bilingual in both English and Korean - Must pass a language proficiency test
Bachelor’s Degree in Communications, Linguistics, or related field or 3–5 years of experience in translation management or content operations
2-4 years project management and quality assurance background
1-3 years working with translation platforms, CMS tools, and emerging technologies such as AI/ML in language processing
Demonstrated ability to drive process improvements and optimize output
Excellent communication and collaboration abilities
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in healthcare or regulated industries
Multilingual proficiency or experience with localization
Knowledge of accessibility and cultural adaptation standards
Experience training or mentoring others
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Comfortable working in agile pod-based, or cross-functional environments
