DATAMARK, Inc. is seeking a passionate and experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our Human Resources team. The Talent Acquisition Specialist will be responsible for developing effective recruitment strategies, managing the interview process, and delivering a positive candidate experience. They should be up to date with labor market trends and skilled in using digital tools to attract talent.
- Preferably with a university degree or relevant experience in a related field
- At least 1 year of experience in recruitment and talent selection
- Knowledge of digital recruitment tools and platforms
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work in a dynamic, multitasking environment
- Understanding of current labor market trends and best practices in talent acquisition
- Strong negotiation and persuasive skills
- Bilingual: Spanish / English – C1 level
